NBA Black History is a project that Jibril took on under his own initiative during his time at the NBA League office. The project weaves back and forth between the Black Lives Matter protests many NBA players participated in during the summer of 2020 and color barriers broken within the NBA throughout the years. both current and former players contribute to the topic with witty b-roll to complement.
